Thanks to Blair Cohn and the Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association. Blair has been very proactive in contacting building owners of vacant buildings and securing those locations for temporary art installations. Project Oasis has been able to team with the BKBIA and provide artist with a venue to publicly display their art.
